Do not expect cashback from these guys. Bought a policy Jan 2018, submitted a missing cashback claim soon after and am still waiting now in Jun 2019, nearly 18 months later! Topcashback next to useless and done nothing. Promises lots but both haven't delivered

Waited 6 months from June to December 2018 and no movement from the initial quick to track Pending state. I've submitted a customer support ticket to see if that gets any movmement but am dismayed to read the reviews in date order as there seems to be a whole year's worth of one star reviews with everyone waiting on something happening!
