No problem with the product but 10 months later Cashback not received from the Merchant & this was a real incentive in ordering directly from them.
Top Cashback offered half as a one-off good will gesture as they have advised that the Merchant is not going to do anything.
Would not recommend & I will not be ordering from them again.

Product was of a high quality and delivery was speedy. However item failed to track and then claim was rejected by Fossil as they claim that my purchase was via another referral source which for confidentiality reasons they would not disclose - how convenient!

Waited a week to tell me that my order had been cancelled because the wallet 'isn't currently available'. But an identical wallet is available on their website under a different product number! Very irritated at this, especially as they'll take another 2 days to process my new order and another 4-6 'business days' to deliver!
