	AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Booked holidays using cash back several times - each time the claim needs to be submitted manually and then you suffer long delays. I was waiting over 18 months and also had to constantly chase. Luckily the top cashback team are extremely helpful. Final and most recent claim was denied which I believe was inaccurate but got fed up with having to chase the company. They will do anything to avoid paying you. Find a different company with better cashback!

	AVOID - will refuse and delay valid claims Have used TUI/First choice a number of times - every time there has been an issue, and long delays - my latest claim I have been waiting 18 months for it to become payable, and still waiting. In my experience they will do whatever they can to avoid paying, suggest go elsewhere if you want cashback to be honoured unfortunately.

	Very poor I always book my First choice holidays via topcashback but never expect cashback or that it will track. After booking I always have to raise a cashback claim as it's never tracked. I've had claims take nearly 2 years before being paid, after numerous contacts with topcashback customer service. The last holiday I booked in July 2023 didn't track and as usual I raised a cashback claim. I've just received notification that they aren't going to pay me as I didn't book it through topcashback!!!. I've finally given up on using topcashback to book with first choice. If you want to take a gamble on getting cashback go through topcashback, but don't figure it in as a definite payment. My experience with them is very bad but I've had to give them 1 star to rate them.

	Poor experience. Holiday last year advertised with £40 cashback only £30 Advertised as £40 cashback for Bristol departures but only £30 tracked and had to chase months for additional £10 to be added. Just returned from holiday 4th to 11th February 2024 and although booking tracked nothing added to dashborad and will have to chase up again. Was told to wait for return of holiday to chase up. Would be much better if just tracked properly.

	Wrong Amount It showed 4% cashback from First choice but i only have 1% pending. Don't always believe what they say to try and drag you in.

	DO NOT use Top Cashback with First Choice I was expecting £30 cashback but it took so long to pay out that Top Cashback offered me £15 to close the case, which I accepted. Foolishly I used them again in Sept 2022 and you've guessed it, I am still waiting for this pay out of £30. Be aware !

	Don't bother ... cashback has never tracked The cashback didn't track and when I questioned it with topcashback they said it would be put on ice till the holiday was completed. Now it has been declined for no reason. Not happy at all.

	Cashback never tracks I've had 3 outstanding cashback claims for First choice. I book through topcashback with the knowledge it's unlikely to track, but it might. I booked a holiday in January 2022 and the cashback still hasn't been paid. It originally didn't track at all and now it's been pending for months. If you book , expect that it's a bonus if you get it but don't bank on it.

	Over 1 year and waiting Purchase didn't track so had to raise a ticket. After 1 year the cashback showed as pending. 1 year 2 months after the holiday the cashback is still showing as pending

	Cashback offer not honoured Booked a holiday with First Choice where £40 cashback was offered for holidays takend during May, which mine was. Only £30 so far credited, despite my submitting a ticket with full details. Still waiting for resolution.

	17 months and still no cashback I booked a holiday in January 2022 via topcashback. It didn't track and I had to raise a cashback claim. Every few months I nudged my cashback claim and eventually a few weeks ago, the claim changed to pending. It's now 17 months and no cashback has been paid yet. Whenever I book a tui or first choice holiday I always book through topcashback and I always know it won't track and I'll have to raise a claim. I booked another holiday last week and yet again it didn't track so I will need to raise a new cashback claim tomorrow. I would suggest that you don't rely on either the booking tracking or receiving cashback. I book knowing it will be a bonus if I ever receive cashback from first choice but don't expect it any time soon.

	17 months and still not paid I booked a holiday in January 2022 and the cashback did not track. I raised a case and in May 2023 the cashback finally showed as pending. It's now June 2023 and it hasn't been paid. I also booked a holiday this year which did not track, and I've had to raise a case for that cashback. I had the holiday in April. By all means book a holiday if you get a decent price, but don't expect to get the cashback without the possibility of having to raise a case, and for the cashback to take over 17 months.

	Takes a long time to resolve if it dose not track. Cashback is not paid until after your holiday (usually 10 weeks after.)

	No Cash Back Received March 2023 Booked and payed in full for a holiday in Aug 2022. Raised a customer complaint as I did not receive £40 cash back as promised. TCB raised the issue with First Choice in October 2022....still waiting for a response.

	I've booked First choice holidays a number of times via top cashback and it's hitty missy whether cashback is paid. I've just had cashback confirmed for a September holiday ( in January). The holiday I had in June didn't track and I had to raise a cashback claim. It's about 10 months since I booked the June holiday and they still haven't responded to my cashback claim. I've just booked another holiday today and have no hope that it will have tracked. I'm again expecting it either not to track or no cashback. By all means book via topcashback, but be aware that you might not get any cashback.
