Purchased two resusi anies for youth group and hoped to get £30 back 5 months ago. Only one arrived had to chase many times for second. Made lots of promises but poor customer service. Other items did not arrive and only told they were out of stock when I chased up and they had cancelled that part of order as would not be supplying. This cost me extra as had to pay additional postage from second supplier. Would not recommend this company as it has cost me more in phone calls, postage and time than the initial cost savings.

Looks like First Aid Warehouse don't give the 8% they claim to give - or any for that matter. They haven't even replied to my claim from August. Choose another seller.

I placed an £80 order with First Aid Warehouse via TopCashBack a couple of weeks ago and have not received the cashback. I notice there is no cashback history for this retailer, although they claim to give 8%. Many thanks. Paula Bamfield
