I placed my order & impressed that 1 day later I received notification the parcel was on its way - only thing is I asked for delivery to my work address & when they sent it their system took out the business name... so no filofax received. I rang and asked them to confirm where it was sent, no business name on their (my address had been fully filled in) so they said they'd send another 1st class that day, 3 days later still nothing. Cashback hasnt tracked neither. Really unhappy with the service I could have bought one in town without any of this hassle... Hopefully it turns up soon!
