Didn't purchase. Products cheaper when not using cashback!
As others have said they raise prices when linked though TopCashback, the product was more than 10% cheaper before using the cashback link and 10% is the new customer rate at time of writing. The normal price is about average for the product.
Do not use them, undermines the whole point of cashback schemes and makes me not trust a company.

Declined cashback
No reason why and I abided by all the rules. Topcashback should remove them or get them to provide reasons for why valid cashback transactions have not been paid

Used to be good
Now they just decline cashback for genuine orders - nothing been returned, paid by debit card. Lost a customer as nothing worse than simply bulk declining cashback which they offer.

WARNING* PRICE RISES 25% WHEN YOU GO VIA TOPCASHBACK
Disgusting tactics from this business,
first off the price went up after paying, they increased the VAT to 21% after i had ordered and took more money than they should have, i complained and said it wasn't legal to charge 21% VAT and change the price after confirming the order, they replied saying here is 1% back as a refund, and 2 I've noticed the price rises by 25% when you click on top cashback, disgusting practices all around, the only good reviews they've received are from 1 user 100 times which i assume is them as every review says the same thin.

Declines cashback all the time
I honestly don't know why these are on this site. I was a customer of Euroffice before I joined Topcashback and was quite happy to see i would get something back. Everytime I order it flags up that they have declined my cashback. I won't order from them again, and i'll use another stationery supplier for my work. Fed up of chasing them.
