	The purchase has tracked and is now confirmed however is not payable despite showing an estimated payable date of 22 Mar 12. The flight was completed a couple of weeks ago. Note that the cash back amount is on the tax/fees exclusive price therefore cash back will be less than expected (e.g. GBP 633 flight includes GBP 293 tax). Hope fully the cash back will eventually appear.

	Did not track and after waiting for over 6 months and proving site visit, order and boarding passes, merchant still refused to honour cashback.

	Twice I’ve tried to get this cashback and twice it didn’t track and they couldn’t find the order number on appeal. Absolute joke, don’t waste your time and go to another place for cashback

	I have to change my previous comments with respect to Etihad. They are now one of the most expensive providers of flights and have one of the worst rewards systems. A short list of a few of the issues we have now had with Etihad: - They devalued my points by 50% - a return flight to Oz using "guest miles" now costs twice as much as it used to and, in some cases, FOUR TIMES AS MUCH!!! - They have treated us terribly on many occasions (including only providing gluten free meals to my wife on 2 out of 4 of her flights on the same booking and then the cabin crew blaming her for it! This happened more than once and so we had to start phoning customer services to get confirmation that the gluten free option had been recorded for all flights) - They do not maintain their internal equipment properly - their seat entertainment system is regularly broken - They do not have contactable customer services so my wife could not get her mobile phone back off the plane in Abu Dhabi despite the plane still being on the tarmac (there was no-one around to get the phone off the plane because they no longer have staff in Abu Dhabi - India call centre told us to email the duty manager who would get back to me within 2 days! She never got it back) - Their (hopeless and inconsistent) customer service is now based in India. Basically, now that they are run by the people who made Ryanair so unbearable, they are THE WORST AIRLINE I have flown on. An amazing turnaround from just a year ago! Admittedly they were operating at a loss previously; but now they are turning a small profit, they are losing a lot of previously loyal customers (including myself and 5 other members of my family, as well as numerous people on forums who are waiting to use their loyalty points before switching to other airlines). I have never been treated with such contempt in so many areas of "customer service" just for being a loyal customer. I think it's very short-sighted and I will not be surprised when they end up

	Didn't track and now Etihad are saying Topcashback was not identified as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction, which is nonsense. Visited their site once only, through Topcashback, and purchased tickets. I'm hoping Topcashback will take this up with them again as it is totally unfair that companies refuse to pay the cashback they advertise without any reason. No stars from me.

	May take a while for cashback, but they are the cheapest airline for Oz flights, especially for regular travel (their rewards system is great - I effectively get 20% off because it takes me 4 flights to get one free - 5 for the price of 4). Netflights may offer slightly lower rates and slightly better cashback (based on fares not inc taxes though!), but booking with Etihad allows you to use your credit card for free, so I collect airmiles as well, and I know I'm getting £12 back... I generally fly back to Oz for an average of about £700 with Etihad - works out effectively at £550, and their lounges are great.

	Didn't track. Good airline and low prices so I'd happily fly again, but don't expect to get a £12 sweetener. My claim has gone nowhere in months.
