	It was not great as the purchase was not tracked Not great as it was not automatically tracked and by the time I realised this, it was over their 60 days limit to claim.

	Absolute Joke I bought via TCB, purchased over £3k of flights and was expecting nearly £200 in cash back. I've been chasing this for months, especially as I went on the return flight in April. Finally they come back and decline, and the advice from TCB is that I need to look at my cookies (which are fine and should have tracked). I won't be using Etihad again, and it seriously makes me question using TCB again, as they've washed their hands of this after months and said it's not their fault!

	Refusing cashback as apparently “order cancelled” - LOL What an absolute scam. They finally got back to me to say I’m not eligible for cashback as my order was apparently cancelled. What absolute nonsense! My flight is confirmed and due to fly on 30th July. I even questioned myself and looked on my online Etihad portal and of course, my flight is confirmed. They’re just obviously getting out of paying. Scammers.

	No cashback They will not post you any cashback and if you claim it, they'll tell TopCashback that "they're not seen as the reason for the purchase". Given their on board service isn't anywhere close to their ads, I'd not deal with Etihad altogether to avoid disappointment.

	Avoid the merchant Didn't get cashback on a substantial purchase.. Etihad for its (in-flight) service was a disappointment anyway. Book with a better airline which honours cashback.

	No Cashback I am a regular Topcashback user so know exactly how to make my visit count. Etihad are refusing to pay as they say I didn't go through Topcashback when booking! Should have booked with Emirates instead. I hope Topcashback fight my case as worth a lot of money. If retailers don't pay, they should be removed from the site.

	Not Paying Cash Back Booked and paid in January, now nearly July, cash back not received although says confirmed after submitting claim. Very poor. Have subsequently booked and paid for another flight in May ... again not a trace of cash back. have opened another claim. Again very poor. Sort it out please top cash back.

	Declined Original did not track, raised ticket and was declined. Not sure this is a genuine reason from the airlines to retain any benefits.

	Good result After logging into Top Cash back I bought tickets directly from Etihad I think in November 23. I could see my award on line at Top Cashback I flew with them in February and my reward was settled in late March. I will certainly do this again.

	Didn't track at first but once raised they did honour payment One of the more honest retailers on here. Didn't track but then did admit to the commission after raising a claim. Thanks for the honesty, refreshing to see. Etihad continue to be my airline of choice on the Abu Dhabi route, often find flying with them to Abu Dhabi better than Emirates to Dubai.

	Good payers I booked via TopCashback. It doesn’t always track straight away but I contact customer service and it gets accepted. No problem.

	Twice I’ve tried to get this cashback and twice it didn’t track and they couldn’t find the order number on appeal. Absolute joke, don’t waste your time and go to another place for cashback
