	Don't bother. Have used them twice and had cashback declined both times. Took out my car policy in March. It tracked but for no reason just had the cashback delined.

	Not impressed had to wait ages for cashback and got £25 less than advertised. Too late to raise a case now. Really not impressed at being ripped off!

	Very poor cashback service. Was confirmed within 2 months and now nearly FIVE months later, still waiting for it to be payable. Not good.

	I took out my car insurance policy in February this year. The transaction has still not tracked. I have lodged a claim, but still haven't heard anything. I still have the policy. Not impressed with this. tracked

	Payment declined for no reason. It's becoming increasingly frequent that anything of any real value through TopCashback is declined. Not sure if it's an issue with the the retailer or Topcashback.

	No idea why but this is the second time I've used esure in 4 years and both times had cashback declined. Once for my Father and once for my partner. Tracked both times, both times declined to pay.

	I purchased 2 car insurance policies with Esure via Topcashback.co.uk late last year and early this year. BOTH failed to track, absolutely hopeless and leaves one thinking if this is done on purpose in the hope of not having to payout as most customers probably don't bother to chase them up!

	I purchased 2 fully comp policies with e sure for 2 different cars. Neither tracked automatically so I was left to pursue both amounts of cashback due........1 can be a mistake, 2 is careless and can make one suspicious they don't want to pay and hope you don't follow up!

	Insurance purchased in October. Never tracked and they haven't responded to the claim raised! I've 'nudged' this several times on TCB.

	Cashback wasn't paid, and as I hadn't logged in for a month or two I was unable to chase it up. Please check your cashback frequently so you can chase these guys up if they try to cancel your cashback!

	Cashback refused. Allegedly my cashback was allocated to a differnt cookie despite using a different browser I only use for TCB. Curiously I have had 3 large transactions at TCB which have all had cashback issues.

	Despite taking out a policy with esure because they were the cheapest quote after cashback it has been over a year and despite nudging have not received any cashback. They were also very offhand when speaking to them over the phone re policy.

	Tracked within hours at correct cashback price and with average payout timescale showing as 5 weeks. But 10 weeks later still showing as pending...

	Never received cashback. Went through claims process but after many months eSure denied purchase was made via topcashback. I can only assume the money has gone to line the pockets of a comparison site. This is the first time cashback has failed after several years use of the site, including other insurance purchases made in the same way.

	Very poor experience - I bought insurance via TCB and was refused to be paid the cashback amount based on the fact that - 'merchant has been unable to locate your queried transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this, but more likely they have been able to locate your sale - but they cannot prove that this has been the result of a Top CashBack referral' This took several months and I completed a genuine transaction and never visited or got a quote from them outside TopCashBack. Hence my very poor rating of this Merchant.
