	I followed all the instructions to ensure I would get the cash back, and it tracked quickly. However when it came to payment (which should have been a few months later) e-sure declined stating that they could not find any evidence of my policy! Reading the other genuine reviews on this website, it sounds like everyone else has the same experience. AVOID.

	Took out policy via TopCashback Dec 2012. Didn't track. Raised a missing claim Jan 2013 which says it is "with merchant". Keeping nudging but have heard nothing since. Not hopeful of receiving anything based on other reviews.

	Scam. Don't go with them. I did everything by the book and they have rejected the claim. I won't be touching them again (home, car or other).

	Did not track. TCB eventually followed up after about 6 months and could not obtain cashback. Buy with caution.

	Do not bother. Apparently they couldn't track my claim!! Seems a familiar story with this company. I have an insurance policy number yet they struggle to track my claim, I don't understand how this argument can be used. Only use if they have the cheapest policy to start with and expect no cash back.

	Did not get any cashback and after 6 months of chasing I was told I am not going to get it. The reason given was that Esure have no record of the transaction...how convenient for them! Of course, any cashback is a bonus but when 100% of your previous transactions go through ok you naturally become very suspicious of the merchant. A very disappointing experience!

	Bought my Esure car insurance a year ago (2nd sept 2011!) through top cashback. no problems with car insurance but never recived the £25 cashback. Contacted Top cashback several times and lodged several 'missing payment' but got no response and now when I request that they look into it..as my claim is more than 100 days old they cant do anything to help me. Now my car insurance is due again..a year later, wont be using this site as this was the first time id used it and have got nothing back. I'd like to comment on customer service but didnt recieve any.. dissapointed and out of pocket as could have made savings if id gone elsewhere. keep raking in the big bucks top cashback! you'll be fine! rick porter

	Waited months and months for my cashback only for them to decline it without adequate explanation and apparently you cant query this any further!!!!!! Ridiculous! i certainly wont be using them again!

	Bought insurance on 20/08/2010, promised 60.00 per vehicle still no sign of cashback. It is not even pending. Topcashback should remove them.

	Agree with the "robbers" comment. 4 months of TopCashBack trying to get £45 cashback, failed with "does not meet terms and conditions". Heard bad things about esure in general, will avoid forever now. To be honest, avoid cashbacks and use comparison sites, they are usually almost as cheap without all the hassle...

	Don't go near E-Sure they give false promises of cash back 1st - they posted the incorrect cashback amount and then 2nd - when corrected after a 12 month wait 3rd - could withdraw the amount 4th - time to become payable when suddenly the cashback reverts to zero. They are total con-merchants and believe lot's of other people have suffered the same experience! top cash back have tried there best to get me the funds over a period of 9 months but they have had no joy. Stay well clear of E-sure

	I've been waiting over 12 months for cashback of £45. Policy taken out on 8/7/2009 and still no payment of cash back........

	The cashback never tracked despite me checking that my browser was set up for tracking. It has now been a month since I purchased the insurance and I have not heard anything. I have lodged an appeal with Topcashback and guess I have to wait ages. I will update when or if I get any news.

	Did a quote through topcashback and not through topcashback and the difference was £25! This isnt genuine cash back in my view.

	DO NOT TOUCH ESURE !!! complete con this the final response after nearly a year of nudging: "They have confirmed that the resolution of "Transaction cannot be traced" is correct. This is not to say that your policy was not purchased, just that the transaction being made from TopCashback cannot be traced in the merchants network system." Its a joke

	Do not even bother with this merchant. My claim was submitted in September 2010. I have been sending a nudge every couple of weeks and have not received cashback or any response from the retailer. Save yourself the bother and go elsewhere.

	Nearly a year down the line after raising my query as the purchased was tracked but at £0. Still nothing from them. See other comments, so if your going to get your insurance purely for the cashback then be warned!!!
