Easy transaction and cashback tracked almost immediately, but several months over the estimated payout date and cashback not paid. Hoping it will do before the policy finishes?!

Didn't track, I missed claiming as beyond 100 days - thought I had to wait 90 days for it to track after my No Claims had been checked by the merchant :-(

Cashback was not paid out by merchant, submitted claim for which esure came back saying I had used a discount code which was untrue. Very dissappointed as the level of service offered by the company apart from this was ok.

Unfortunately my cashback did not track with this merchant and I did not realise until it was too late to make a back claim. Very disappointed with tcb and esure. Won't be using again, will stick to another cashback site.

I took out a policy in July and this has still not tracked despite a follow-up request, neither have I received any acknowledgement - dissapointed. The policy is fine, however eSure continue to remind me via email of my 'recent quote' despite having taken out a policy with them.

Do not use - they declined my cashback request inspite of the fact that i have taken out a policy with them and accessed their website through Topcashback. I have no choice but to view their cashback offer as a con

Very very poor. Been waiting 9 months for cashback.The transaction tracked I have given a valid policy number. Whats the problem? Complained to TCB as it says they are the ones giving the cashback but they said esure had declined it. I cannot go to esure to complain so where from here? A valid policy with a valid tracking all refused. I agree with previous comment. I have been conned!

Still not received Cashback. I did everything that was asked but still no payment. Nothing wrong with the insurance, just not happy with the cashback claims. This would have been the cherry on the cake, if it had turned up.

Failed to track, esure refused the claim even though all details requested were provided and within the time frames they specify. I was clearly a new customer but they said they couldn't find my sale. Very poor. Feel like I've been conned.

Did not track and manual claim was rejected because the transaction could not be found. Also going through a manual claim with home insurance too which also has not tracked.

Took out a car policy in May 2009 expecting £45 in Cashback. I know that you should never take a policy out purely on Cashback, but the truth of the matter is that it DOES influence your decision of where to go. The transaction never tracked, even after raising a missing claim and then esure rejected the claim earlier this year saying they couldn't find my policy number, which isn't surprising really as I took the policy out 3 years ago! It looks like they're improving according to recent comments from other members, but I wouldn't touch this lot again out of principle.

Still awaiting cashback for insurance purchased in Oct 2011, failed to track so lodged a claim to which Esure have failed to even acknowledge for 4 months - unless cheapest without cashback I WOULD AVOID!!

I wouldn't use esure again. They did not pay the promised cashback despite Topcashback's assistance. No reason was ever given.

Retailer requires confirmation of no claims discount. This was troublesome as previous insurer did not provide proof despite many requests. Never been asked for this before. Now waiting for cashback, overall not such a good experience

Appallingly bad. Took out policy 24/08/18. Got cashback Jan 2021. Two and a half years? How hard is it to track a claim and say either yes/no when you've been given the exactly policy number?.
