Cashback of £42 has not been not committed
Hi. Why cashback amount is now even less than £21 after I sent former email to you? ? I thought you should have increased it to £42 when I changed to a fixed term tariff for both fuels! I am not sure if it is because of me changing the membership type to Classic by mistake but I do not get it as to why the amount was decreased from £42 to £17 even so!? Please pay back £42 to my account urgently.

We’re sorry there was an issue with your cashback. E.ON Next’s system had mistakenly declined the transaction, thinking it was a duplicate. Wrong cashback but resolved
Like others I also only got half the cashback for switching fuel fuels. As this comes through as two payments It almost seems that it is Topcashback rejecting one payment as a duplicate. I raised a claim and got the second payment cleared the next day ????

Lower cashback amount than advertised!
I signed for a dual fuel tariff, which should pay a cashback of £42. But instead I was only awarded £21 which is for single fuel tariff!

We apologise for the earlier cashback error. E.ON Next's system had automatically declined duplicate transactions in error. This has now been corrected, and your full cashback has been awarded.

Incorrect cashback paid and claim rejected
I transferred both gas and electricity to Eon and expected an advertised £34 in cashback. Instead I received £17 for switching a single utility to Eon which was clearly incorrect. After submitting a claim I was told that my cashback amount was correct and would not be changed. Overall a dishonest cashback offering not to be relied upon.

Wrong cashback given
I changed to a dual fuel tariff which should pay £42, I was only awarded £21 which is single fuel cashback, sent query to Eon who said correct amount given!!!
