Cancelled flight
Cancelled my return flight home with no explanation, then gave me another flight 1 week earlier cutting my trip from 3 weeks to 2 weeks, also I had a connecting flight which couldn't be changed so I had to book a hotel for the week to get my connecting flight home. They never offered any compensation, also took out travelling insurance with the booking and told it didn't cover this. Would never use them again.

buyer beware!
very unhelpful Spanish based company, getting in touch with customer support is extremely hard and when you do they are not interested in rectifying their mistakes.
Also cashback took over 1 year to become payable after several nudges by TCB.
