FRAUDs!!!!!!! Sent my iphone 4 in and didn't get recorded delivery so left it 1 week and a half then I tried to call them no answer and triied to email no answer. So I'm very very frustrated with them.

Cashback did not track - manual claim submitted (watch this space!) Merchant attempted to reduce payment by 5% claiming 'noticeable scratches'. When I disputed this and referred to the T&Cs they backed down and payed the full amount! Beware and stick to your guns...
