Declined two cashbacks on two purchases in a row, no reason or explanation. I would not trust this company to honour its cashback promise. The goods I ordered were also out of stock and took a long time arriving. In fairness to the company they did inform me of that, and delivery was free.

I wanted to buy some bits and was going to buy through Boots, but then thought about eChemist. When I saw Topcashback offered cashback on purchases at eChemist, I was sold! The transaction tracked fine, but when the amount became payable, suddenly the amount became £0.00. Not impressed.
