Initially tracked at £60-60 but a few days later became confirmed at £0-00. Had to wait till £0-00 became payable (today) to make a claim. What a shame as ive never had any problems with the AA and Esure tracking. This could now take AGES to be sorted... I will avoid eCar in the future.

This is the first time I have used a cashback website- so am really pleased with the result.

No problems at all with these guys. Cashback went through really quickly. Was able to print off a cover note right away and the proper documents came through the post within a week. Had to make a change to the policy which was quick and simple online, with no nasty extra fees. A*

this product did not track and have submitted a manual claim which is a shame as we got a good price but the £60 CASHBACK would be very usefull.DO NOT RELY ON CASHBACK WHEN BUYING.

Thought by the reviews I would be getting a good quote but they were £140 more than even my renewal with a different company, also several other quotes. Will not bother with them again

Reaaly good, saved a packet on insurance and cashback tracked easily. Took a month or so for cashback to become available to collect, but very please with them.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They ignore you, demand things they have, it is impossible to speak to anyone for help and customer service by email is horrifically rude. Avoid at all costs!

Never never use this company if you are hoping to get cashback. I renewed my car insurance with them in Feb, and am still waiting for payment now in May. My cashback has been declined twice, and I have had to open claims each time. Currently it's showing as "confirmed", but as we have been here twice before and it's been reverted to zero, I am not hopeful. I would not recommend this company for cashback at all. Thanks

I had to wait 11 weeks for this to be paid (from 26th Dec to 10th March 2010), but I'm not complaining. A saving of £60.60 on an already competitive car insurance quote was worth the delay.

These people appear to be very slow at answering questions as my car engine cc did not come up when filling in quote. I emailed them with all the cars details to which nearly a week later replied asking for same details that I had provided before.I told them that other insurance quotes found my car straight away as soon as I put my reg no. in but that still fell on deaf ears. A week later they informed me they had passed it to the technical dept who would email me. A week later I had to email themas I had heard nothing and my insurance was almost due. I got an email back from technical telling me what to do when I was getting a quote and this would bring up correct details. So I tried itSurprise Surprise it still wouldn't accept my engine cc so could not continue with quote. So have given up on them and gone elsewhere.
