very poor service on cashback...
failed to track...
company IGNORED my manual claim even after 8 nudges and a second message.....
after 6 months i still dont have the 40 quid
very very poor dont use them
i wont be renewing with them
i would not recomend them to anyone...

An excellent quote, made better with the cashback. Online quote was easy, but to get any questions answered you have to email. They took a few days to respond which isn't so good. I did manage to find their phone no. and when I got through they were helpful.

The payment received was fairly quickly compared to other companies. The amount of cashback given is relatively low at times. The amount given varies and therefore best to use eCar insurance when the cashback amount is £40 or more.
