Mobile app accessibility
The TopCashback mobile app (Android/iOS) was last audited against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
(WCAG) 2.2 AA standard on 16th June 2025.
The mobile app is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. We recognise that some parts of the
website may not be fully accessible and we are working hard to improve this.
Known major accessibility issues

There are some issues relating to keyboard-only navigation, where some elements cannot be
selected.

There are some cases where retailer logos do not have a text alternative, meaning it may be
difficult for some assistive technology users to identify which retailer an offer belongs to.

When setting a much larger device-wide font size, some text may overlap, which could make it
difficult to understand and use certain parts of the app.
