My first purchase with Dorothy Perkins did not track. I submitted a claim and over two years later I have been informed that the claim was unsuccessful. I have purchased from them since with no issue but it's still frustrating!

I will not buy from them again. I bought a large new summer wardrobe and spent a lot of money. My cashback didn't track and when topcashback chased it up, DP said that I didn't order through topcashback but another channel, which is nonsense, they simply don't want to pay out because it was a large order accruing a reasonable sum of money. BTW this took months to try to sort out only to be told they wouldn't pay up. Will not buy from DP again online or in the shop.

Still waitng for cash-back after ordering for my wife and whehn she sent back 2 dresses she bought on her account claimed they only received one and refusing to refund the money! Complaint ongoing but would avoid at all costs as they do not know what they are doing!
