YEY 8 months later and 2 claims later and its finally gone from Confirmed to Payable!!! Will avoid next time.

Absolutely disgraceful, still not payable 6 months on from purchase. TCB have now said my cashback SHOULD be payable in the next month. Then they have said to wait yet again for 3 to 6 weeks and if not payable get back in touch.
It is beyond a joke that they are still being listed on the site. According to the payment statistics there are no payments that have been paid to TCB, so nobody has ever had any cashback it would seem. I for one will not be renewing my policy with this company again and hope to hell I never need to claim because at the rate they are going, my house could burn down and I would still be waiting for my claim for the next year.......Do not use this company if you want payment of your cashback anytime in the same year!!!!

Had to lodge an enquiry with TopCashBack as the cashback hadn't tracked for some reason. They were able to sort it out, but it still isn't payable, even after 3 months. Ridiculous !
