Tracked and payable very very quickly indeed. Only bad point was the item that I ordered was not in stock and seemed to take an eternity to arrive and no emails giving delivery date were sent. But as I was not in a rush for it it wasn't that bad.

I phoned and asked if the bracket I wanted would fit the TV and was told it would. Unfortunately if did not but they were very helpful in getting it returned and refunded. Excellent price for the TV which is great and was delivered when they said it would be.
Cashback did not track automatically but did when I submitted an enquiry.

Firstly didn't track, then product didn't arrive! Four days and several conversations with customer services later product finally arrives. Customer 'service' leaves a lot to desire as long as they've had their payment they wash their hands of you and expect you to find out yourself where your product has got to!! Steer clear, cheap is NOT always better.
