I should have taken note of the other reviews - I ordered a tv on 28th March and still waiting for it to arrive (over 6 weeks!!!!). No reply to emails and when i ring up I get some story about delays in delivery due to the volcano!! I will be requesting my money back tomorrow and will not use again

These people have given me no communication whatsoever!
No confirmation of purchase,delivery date...nothing!
They've taken my money though and NO CASHBACK either!!
Typical of UK companies at this present time...STAFF WHO DON"T WANT TO WORK BUT WANT PAYING FOR IT!!!

The service received from this retailer was sub standard, I ordered a Sony LCD TV and it took 4 weeks for this company to deliver the product, from a price point of view the retailer is probably the cheapest on the market and I save £120 on the TV I bought however they need to do better on the communication and service.

Bought a tv from DigitalDirect on Sept 2nd. Changeover in our area is Sept 9th so, on Sept 8th I rang them to ask when it would be delivered. They hadn`t got the tv that they had advertised on their site!!Not happy and can`t believe
1) They had it advertised on the site although they didn`t have any.
2) It was a sale goods.One of only 2 sale tv`s so no great difficulty tracking them , surely.
3) I had to call them instead of them actually contacting me to tell me that there would be no tv.Jeez most things are computerised into a store and out so that they know their stock !
Poor show!

Bought a tv from their sale stock last week Read that cashback was 5% on sale items. Looked at `my earnings` and found cashback given wasn`t at that rate. Also price for tv appeared incorrect. Eamailed Tob Cashback re this. No reply and still item is showing incorrect sums. What to do ??
