AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Another failure to pay out, without any explanation. Have now been waiting almost 12 months so doesnt look as though this will now go through. Have suggested that TCB remove this retailer from the site

I patiently waited and nudged and waited and nudged etc etc...... 18 months later Devitt refuse to pay out cash back giving no explanation.
No changes made to the policy etc and it ran its 12 months without incident, so maybe it is because I refused to renew with them?
My advice, don't bother if you need to use the cashback to make the quote competitive and it seems I am not alone in my views

I completely agree with the comments above about Devitt not paying the cashback. I have been waiting for months and months but despite numerous e-mails and following all the rules perfectly, Devitt still hasn't paid up. If you are expecting a cashback probably forget it!

Do not use at any cost! they do not pay up on the Cashback! if a promise is made, why do they not keep it?

AVOID Devitt Insurance at all cost. Despite following the correct procedure to the letter, TopCashBack had to chase them up for tracking. Even then they still have not paid the commission and it now dates back almost five months...and counting! In my experience, their customer service is obviously non existent and I only pray I do not have to try and claim on my insurance before the year is out. In future I will use ANY company before Devitt.

well it's now been 14 months and the claim is still "waiting for retailer" Topcashback have been very good with it but it looks like Devitt just aren't going to pay.

RUBBISH Been waiting now since June 2009 and now its March 2010 probably still be waiting in 2020 dont bother with Devitt I had a small change of details to my policy earlier in the year which meant they had to do about 5 key strokes on a computer and they charged me £20 Crap. please go elsewhere for your bike insurance
