Tracked okay, took a couple of weeks to get confirmed, but it's now waiting for Dell to hand the money over. Ordered the end of November and it's now mid March. Very slow.

Awful experience! Took six months to confirm and it was declined two weeks later. Had to submit manual claim, so no doubt that will be months as well! Nowhere near the 12 weeks estimated.
