What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback will not be paid if the account application is in any way fraudulent, e.g. has been obtained with stolen or fabricated personal details
- If you get a quote via the TopCashback link but then purchase using a price comparison site, you will not receive cashback.
- The value of the policy taken out must exceed the value of the cashback
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- All transactions will be validated by cycleGuard. There is a 60 days validation period from the Policy commencement date, after which cycleGuard will confirm the transaction is valid. On meeting this criteria, any valid tracked purchases will be confirmed.
- After clicking through to the cycleGuard website from the link, you must generate a new quote and complete the transaction within 30 days.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.

What to do when
