	Topcashback Heroes/Currys Zero I had an issue with Currys Large Appliance Cashback. I purchased 2 kitchen appliances before the deadline and purposely did not use any other codes, promos or discounts to ensure I could take full advantage of the Cashback offer. I added shock absorbers for the washing machine (not part of the cashback offer) at the same time. Currys website automatically applied a discount to this item. My Cashback claim was subsequently declined by Currys stating my purchase did not meet T&Cs. I believe it can only be due to the discount they applied to my basket that invalidated the Cashback! I raised an appeal with the Topcashback Team and provided all the information about the purchase and they immediately paid the Cashback to me. What a brilliant service, Thank You TopCashback Team!

	Lost My Business For Life Spent £2.5k on two Miele appliances. Initially tracked at £20, expecting it to be increased to £60. Two days later, cashback declined, no reason given. Hope that £60 is good for the bottom line - they're going to lose a lot more from me in the future. Same dodgy outfit since they were Dixons Retail.

	Refused cashback without a valid ground BE WARNED: If you decide to use the Currys Cash for Trash voucher your cashback will be rejected no matter what. I lost £22.50 in cashback through no fault of my own. TCB should specify this exclusion in the retailer's terms so people can work out what is worth using.

	Curry’s cash back appears to be a Scam Cash back never tracked despot purchasing a TB through the link at almost £1000 expecting about £65 in cash back. Raised a claim and still nothing after almost 5 months. Waste of time

	Cashback didn't track Clicked through from top cashback, but didn't track properly. Raised a ticket, had to wait weeks for it to be sent to Currys. Then within hours Currys replied saying I hadn't clicked through from top cashback, so no cashback was due. Top cashback has gone downhill over the last 6 months, almost never get it through anymore

	This is not a review of Curry’s TopCashback is simply not worth the effort and I will be deleting my account. Nearly every payout is butchered by the £5 fee and any meaningful Cashback is declined without valid reason and no effort on TopCashback’s part to recover it for their customers. My latest payout took 20 weeks, with over £30 declined, despite me raising a claim, poor show!

	The most painful cashback experience ever! 06 04 26 Ordered item from CURRYS got paid 17 08 26 by Topcashback NOT Currys! Message received: Although we didn't recover the cashback for this claim, we didn't want you missing out and therefore we've stepped in to offer you the full amount.

	False Advertising As the majority, of comments below, cash back tracked and then declined, no real explanation given. Top Cash Back should investigate what Curry's are doing here as it is not normal for a retailer to decline so many orders

	Don’t trust the cashback offer Like many others my cashback claim has been rejected by Curry’s as it doesn’t meet the criteria. Their offer was cashback on large kitchen appliances which I purchased a fridge, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. I’ve sent a response back to inform its false advertising to claim these are not considered large kitchen appliances!
