	Didn't pay cashback Watch out! If you accept any offers on their website such as half price installation (and let's face it, you'll be daft not to) you won't get any cashback. No doubt a very petty decision made by some tight fisted bean counter which has caused a lot of reputational harm to an otherwise great company which gives a smashing service.

	So slow The cash back always has to be claimed back via customer services for some reason. This generally adds a month onto the claim. Not great could do with sorting. Had four this year (every transaction I've done)

	Cashback always tracks, but Currys never pays Half a dozen times I've now shopped with Currys online, every single time it has tracked within 24 hours but they reject the cashback for no known reason. For that reason alone, goodbye Currys, you won't be missed!

	3 out of 4 of my cashbacks tracked and paid out by Currys I'm currently running at 3 out of 4 tracked and paid out cashbacks with Currys, at between 5% and 15%, so not bad at all. Of course the missing ones still gripe! The biggest at 15% on at £1200 Samsung laptop that mysteriously didn't track and when challenged "Could not be resolved by the retailer" - so you take pot luck as with all cashback purchases.

	Got Cashback Eventually! I had to chase my Cashback by opening a Missing Cashback Claim but got it eventually so all ended well!

	15% CASHBACK ! No After having to raise a claim from Curry's to obtain any cashback on a Samsung S25 Ultra I recieve £1.85 not the 15% cashback they advertise. It could be my fault somewhere but not what I was hoping for. Additionally during the claim I had to take off the VAT paid so cashback had to be based on the reduced amount.

	Do not use this retailer if you want cashback I brought sumsung S 25 from Currys because 15% cashback made it an competitive price. First nothing tracked, now they have said cira £2.74. I am fighting this on principle and am very frustrated.

	Declined cashback and washing machine not working on arrival Cashback declined and washing machine failed on first cycle on arrival, failed to sort it out for me and I'm now having to go through the manufacturer to try to get the machine uplifted and replaced. Terrible customer service and really struggled with the call centre too

	Cashback always declined I have made a few purchases from this retailer over the past dew months and each time the cashback has incorrectly tracked to a tiny amount and even then it always gets declined. I believe it is because they force you to use a code on their website to avail of any of their offers, even trade in! Once you have been forced to use this code, they then have their get out clause to simply say "sorry you used a voucher code, cashback declined". I will only use this retailer again now if they are significantly cheaper after taking into account the cashback will be automatically declined.

	Cashback declined for no reason Spent nearly £2000 on large kitchen appliances. Cashback was declined for using 'an unauthorised discount code' - yet the code was on the retailer's website - buy 2 appliances and get 10% off cheapest. Submitted claim through Topcashback but this was unsuccessful.

	Long wait to be told no cashback I spent over £500 on a large kitchen appliance only to not have the cashback track and then to have had to chase this up and nudge the supplier twice. No dice. Would recommend you purchase anything of this nature through AO, never an issue with them.

	Waste of time! Cashback never tracks, have to make claims which take a month to be submitted and then up to 3 months for any kind of resolution!
