	Didn’t track, claim wrongly refused My claim didn’t track, and it’s taken them 7 months to reject my claim saying they couldn’t see TCB as the referrer (and TCB can see I clicked through from the site).

	No chance of cashback Missing cashback claim as Crocs say it wasn't how we shopped. Wouldn't have bothered if I hadn't have found them via TC as it would've been cheaper with a local retailer without the cashback

	Missing cashback claim and top cashback is refusing to honour my claim Ordered from crocs 3 times via top cashback and never have received my cashback from crocs. Complaint to the cashback team and they closed 2 of my claims with out replying to me and I am still awaiting for my most recent purchase to get back to me. Honestly its a waste of time claiming via top cashback and I don't understand why it's on as they never pay out their cashback

	Cashback declined Only a small amount but I simply won't use again. The transaction didn't track and they declined claiming that I had used a different referral. Completely disingenuous

	Won't pay out Poor - cashback declined and on appeal apparently the request didn't track. Despite plenty of other successful cashbacks with other retailers.
