Very slow cash back - bought in November 2022, it's now July 2023 and cashback still hasn't reached "payable". Would not use it again.

Prices are competitive so worth doing, but I did my pet insurance on 16th May 2021 and it's still pending so won't be using again.

Unfortunately the merchant isn't accepting any untracked claims. This is a decision that is made by the merchant and not ourselves. Even if I was able to override this they would go onto decline it without looking into it.
