	I ordered an item to be picked up in store and received £1.60 cashback almost straight away. However when I ordered something more expensive I received no cashback at all and am still waiting to hear about my enquiry.

	Can up with the cashback pending the next day. I used the collect in store from the web so was not sure it would track correctly but it seems to be fine.

	The product I have ordered (Beko tumble dryer) is offered at a cheaper price than in store. With thr 4% cashback until the end of July the price was unbeatable!

	happy with rate of cashback. Not happy that internet advertised offer of 25% off wet/dry cleaners had expired but was still being advertised. I therefore lost out on £50.

	My initial order was refused with the excuse 'unable to process using the payment details provided'.When I phoned Comet they were able to process the order .. using the same credit card details. I hope this has not effected my cashback !
