Purchased a new laptop today by reserving and collecting from store. Was a bit dubious as to whether the cashback would arrive as I didnt pay for it until i got to the store. However, the cashback is showing as pending within 6 hours. I also haggled an extra £20 off the price in store too. They are trained to resist discount but always will if you are insist. Result!!

Bought item on 17th Dec and it tracked as £0 - so I put in a missing claim request and after a few reminders to them, it has now been added to my account as pending. No idea why there was a problem, but thankfully sorted now.

Cashback has been confirmed quickly and the vacuum cleaner we purchased is still working well. I almost sucked up the cat when I first tried to use it - my wife has banned me from using it again. Cashback confirmed and banned from using the vacuum cleaner - thats what I call a good result!
