problems with private delivery couriers - didnt arrive until 48 hours after it should have - cashback went from pending to payable very quickly. 2nd time of ordering item arrived very quickly and cashback pending

I have made two purchases from Comet.
The first one they crossed through the claim and had to make a claim which after some time they paid.
The second they crossed through the claim and as it was for less than £1 could not reclaim it!
I will not shop from Comet again.
