Had to submit a manual cashback as nothing had appeared, Not happy with COMET or the laptop i purchased. When i checked the product it was a lesser model than advertised. Had to send a long letter quoting the Sale of goods act 1979 before getting what i had already paid for.

Tracked fine, no problems here using Firefox. However, I am a Mac user and the Comet website seemed to have trouble with the Safari browser hence I switched to Firefox.

Very easy and painless transaction. I was worried that by ordering online but not paying until I collected the items that the cashback would not be added but fear not! I reserved the items and collected them in the store the next day and the cashback was showing pretty much immediately. Would recommend.

The order was for an Xbox which showed in stock. I received a receipt e-mail and then another one saying it wasnt in stock and details had been cancelled. To prceed with the order I would have to phone them. As I needed to make sure I got the product I ordered from a different supplier. I then got a call from comet 4 days later wanting to arrange delivery. It had been as excellent bundle but I had to cancel, missing out on their bundle and the cashback. So if you get such an e-mail from comet give them a ring to check status.

Got a Toshiba L300-1BW laptop, reserved it online and after 30 mins collected it from the store. Checked my TCB account a day later and found the commission sitting in the pending column. Very fast and hassle free... thus far.
Just need to be patient now to get my hands on the cash.
BTW comet was the cheapest in respect of that particular good spec laptop - recommended
