I ordered a microwave during the post Christmas sale. I wanted to collect in store although this wasn't allowed at my preferred store sue to expected sales rush. However, a couple of emails to their customer services people, and they over-rode that decision, which was nice!

Store is being very crafty over christmas by not allowing you to click and reserve even though they have the products in stock. As a result you cannot claim cashback on some sale items.COME ON PLAY FAIR!!
