I received a CB confirmation from TCB for the purchase I made on Comet. But when I revisited my account a couple of days later, the payable amount was £0. Had been chasing without success and it was a legit transaction. Not happy!

Bought two items on seperate tranactions...just over £1000. first item tracked then amount went to zero....second item has never tracked and awaitng result from submitting a claim. Over two months old now and still no result. Will think twice about ordering from Comet again.

I ordered online, received an email from the retailer to say my computer was ready and went to pick it up. The computer was not ready and I had to wait a long time whilst staff, first at the customer services desk and then at the tills sent others to get the computer from stock. When it arrived, there was a very long wait because staff did not know how to complete the transaction on the till. All in all a wait of 25 minutes for an item that should have been ready for collection. Staff were polite, but the system did not work very well.
