Comet's website is easy to navigate and choose an item with the click and collect facility which I used. Other than the delay caused by the person who dropped the item before we could take it away from store, the whole experience was fine.

This was a "collect from store" purchase. I was too keen to get to the store and it appears my order had not processed through to my local store, so unknown to me the assistant created a new order. The meant that the topcashback did not automatically track, but a couple of emails to provide receipt numbers etc, and the payment came through. Great work by the TCB team and very quick turnaround - thanks
