	Approached for travel Ins with previous medical. The on-line questions were straight forward and had no problems. Only problem came when I tried to view the Policy Wording - the PDF would not show on my up-to-date Adobe reader but after a phone call to the customer service they checked their side OK and sent me a copy by e-mail. Before deducting the cash back it was reasonable but after cash back it was cheapest for a few years.

	Well, this was my go to merchant for Travel insurance and until last year I had no quibbles at all. But last year my cashback was declined, no reason given and I used the same process that I have used for many years. Nothing wrong with the cover just the declined promised cashback.

	having purchased annual travel insurance from columbus direct through the topcash back link, I have spent 2 years trying to get paid the cashback, however they deny all knowledge of any such purchase through topcashback. Their final answer was that i had purchased the policy through some other source and not through topcashback. Therefore they would not pay up, so I will not be using them again, their are plenty of other companies out their

	Purchased insurance with them back in Sept 2010, failed to track and completed a cashback claim. Only today, 11 months on do I have a reply to my claim (after numerous nudges) that they have declined my cashback due to a 3rd party being involved. I have no idea what they are on about as I clicked through TopCashBack. Looks like other people have had a good experience with them though. Perhaps I am one of the unlucky ones.

	On a downward spiral Columbus used to be my go to for travel insurance and always paid the due cashback, not any longer. As others have said tracking seems to go fine but then there is a long wait only for the cashback to be declined for non existant reasons, mine was "Order cancelled, returned, part returned or exchanged". None of which actually happened. Columbus have lost a customer and will lose many more with this way of doing business.

	Pay now and wait 5 months for your cashback to be declined Any decision based on price should assume that Columbus will keep you waiting for months before declining cashback.

	DO NOT USE Absolutely shocking. Bought and paid for annual travel insurance as this company was also stated as faster paying only to be told 3 months later that payment has been declined as invalid booking nbr?! Utter nonsense. Total rip off. DO NOT USE

	My cashback has been declined. They claim that the sale went through another source, and they do not have to identify that source. My cashback would have been nearly £20. Very disappointed with this, and I will not be using Columbus again. I know that I used Topcashback to connect with Columbus and no other cashback or comparison site. Poor show Columbus.
