Very quick resolution of missing cashback
Cashback hasn't been recorded on the day of the purchase, however, after the TopCashBack raised the claim Club Med within days approved it and settled. Very satisfied.

The purchase didnt track automatically
"Disappointed with my experience booking Club Med through TopCashback. Tried twice, and neither purchase tracked automatically, so I my cashback was not logged. Hoping for a resolution soon."
