	Last two purchases have not tracked so have had to raise a claim. Last two purchases have not tracked so have had to raise a claim. Then I am offered less than I am due so I have to argue this to get awarded the correct amount. Really annoying and time consuming, will probably use another cashback website for this retailer in future.

	Never get an automatic cash back Always need to create a claim at Clarins to get cashback, and need to wait for a few months, the amount of cashback is less than the promotion rate every time.
