DECLINED - PATHETIC EXCUSES - AVOID TCB for Churchill. Fake advertising for cashback from Churchill. Purchased policy through tbc in February. My latest response to tcb refusing go investigate further. Reading online feedback there seems to be a recurring issue with both you and churchill wriggling out of promised cashback. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable and looks like you are just finding excuses to avoid paying valid cashback on a valid purchase. As this was 'on ice' for most of the time there is no way it has been investigated robustly. I cannot express my disgust at your response and your extremely poor joke of a robust system. My purchase was 100% through your site, there were 2 clicks due to connection problems, one after another. I used Churchill for the added bonus of the cashback. I cannot be held responsible for redirects, pop ups etc as per your response, they are out of the users control I have proof ie screenshots showing the time of purchase and showing a topcashback redirection page. I have been an avid user of tcb for many years and suspect this is just a rip off especially when on a budget and trying to make ends meet. This is not the first time I have had problems with larger cashback amounts. As for this happening again, the suggestions above are a non issue apart from the cache on the last but one visit minutes before my actual purchase.

Never really had a problem with TCB before apart from this instance. After claiming the vendor has refused cashback as the transaction 'cannot be traced'! This is after providing them with their own reference numbers and customer number... disappointing.
