CFS declined cashback for the price paid and paid for incorrect price
CFS declined my cashback for the price that I paid, but they paid cashback at a random and reduced price, not reflecting what I paid for my furniture. As a result, I received at quarter of the cashback due to me.

Declined cashback already and the furniture hasn't even arrived yet. To be honest I am not surprised. Looking at reviews across the internet, this company has a very mixed history, many people perfectly happy, but many also very disappointed.

I can't complain about the furniture, it was as expected, I knew the brand I was buying. But they didn't keep to the their schedule, suggested to deliver 2 weeks later than original date (which was already long). I did need to complain in order to get an earlier slot. And now they have rejected my cashback. So no, I would not come back to this company.

Awful company to deal with: Poor communication, mis-information, delivered the wrong item, and its taken getting our credit card company involved before finally getting our money back. We ordered a dining room set off the Choice Furniture Store website taking advantage of an offer that was on at the time, and paid our deposit on our credit card. We had been told that it would take about a month before the item was in stock. After two months of chasing them for updates, we were eventually told that they had our table and two of the four dining chairs in stock but were awaiting the final two. We decided to get them to deliver what they had and paid an additional amount to cover the part order but withheld the final balance while the other chairs were outstanding. When the item arrived, there were no chairs delivered and it wasn’t the table we had ordered. After contacting their customer services, we were asked to give them 24 hours to look into what had gone wrong, and locate our items. Having heard nothing, we again had to chase them for an answer. After speaking to several members of staff and getting different answers, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I gave them available dates to collect the incorrect table, with each being dismissed by them as being unsuitable. After a week of telephone calls and emails and feeling like we were getting nowhere, we contacted our credit card company to seek assistance with getting our refund, which has finally been issued by CFS and eventually the wrong table has been collected.

Don't TRUST their prices or customer service! CFS had an offer on over the weekend. We were looking at dining sets and we saw a table and 8 chairs on the website which we liked and which were a good price. We purchased this table and chairs online. We even then phoned through to CFS on the Monday to check that the order was all correct. CFS confirmed this again! CFS have now written to explain that they made a mistake online and the price was wrong. They have pointed us to the terms and conditions, point 7 where they highlight they do not need to honour prices where they make a mistake. A mistake is one thing, but 2 in 2 days... CFS have done little to support us. They offered a 15% discount (we already had a discount anyway) but then increased the price by 281%! No understanding of customer service or the importance of treating customers fairly. Buyers beware.

**AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS** Bought a Rauch sliding wardrobe online in mid September, eventually received it 12 weeks later (6 weeks longer than quoted!) It arrived as a part order and with several parts missing. FOUR MONTHS ON, over 20 phone calls and emails later and I am still getting nowhere with them. They don't answer emails, don't return calls and don't turn up on agreed delivery dates. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Avoid at all costs, I was moving into my new flat on 18/02 and was assured by both a customer sales representative and the manager in writing I would receive the dining set I ordered by 15/02 in time however I was emailed 2 days before the confirmed delivery date that the order was not due to be received to their warehouse until 17/03, over a month past the delivery due date. I then proceeded to swap the order for a different product on the proviso it would be delivered on either 18/02 or 25/02 worst case scenario. The manager then confirmed this date to me verbally and in writing, low and behold the date came around and it is not due in stock until 03/03. There is absolutely zero communication between deliveries and customer services and the company is just completely incompetent.
