	Products and service are very good. Cash-back extremely poor - slow paying and never tracks automatically - always needs a claim to be submitted; on one occasion the claim was refused on the grounds that the order had been cancelled, which was untrue.

	Never Track Properly I have made at least 6 transaction with this merchant but they never tracked my activity. Submitted multiple claims but take many months to respond and always conclude that they cannot identify my activity. Very weird and annoying.

	Won't payout The cashback didn't track so I raised a missing claim. After 4 months they have rejected it saying they have no trace even though I have receipts confirming over £250 spent.

	Diabolical at cash back. Still waiting for a claim from 6 months ago and however many “nudges” I do there is no movement on the promised cash

	The cash back is great but for all gifts I order they do not attach the gift message !! None of the recipients knew it was from me !!

	Untrustworthy! This is the first time i've had cashback track at the correct amount, for it to only become payable a month or so later at a much lower rate (only at the time it became payable - tracked fine until then). Topcashback CS didn't get a positive response from Waitrose Wine Cellar. From my experience, I can therefore only say that I would not trust this merchant at all - especially if it is a deciding factor (the cashback).

	Absolute crooks. I was very careful to make sure I followed all of the necessary steps to be able to claim cashback and they did not track my transaction and refused to pay on lodging a claim. I won't be using Waitrose again!!! BEWARE!

	Didn't get the cashback. All I was told was that TopCashBack was not recognised as the referral. Very frustrating as only decided to go with them because of the cashback.

	The cashback claim was lodged at £40 less than I actually spent on the qualifying purchase. Still waiting for a response from Waitrose - not good.
