I ordered 3 Cd's which CD-WOW posted separately.
I received two of the three with one outstanding.
I had to wait 7 days before I could inform them that it had not arrived. They then sent me an email stating that I had to wait 21 days.
I have requested that they resend the CD, but as yet they have not replied. Although I did pay for the optional insurance I am still waiting.
So for me my experience has been mixed.
With regard to cash back, they seem to be very efficient. Money was in the payable list with 2 weeks of the CD's being dispatched.
