Being new to the cashback system, I can only see that there is a payment pending, but have no idea when I will get to see it! I am impressed with the retailer's service however, as I ordered my goods last minute, but still arrived on CHRISTmas Eve for my daughter's present!

cash back appeared quickly with no problems relating to cash back. I ordered two items both shown as available on site only one turned up waited an extra week and still not arrived had to cancel order as cdwow could not tell me when item would be despatched

rubbish. did not have the DVD I wanted in stock despite it being on their website. ordered it 2 weeks before xmas. they did let me know that their supplier was having problems getting hold of it. i order the item from another company a week before xmas who did have it in stock and it arrive 2 days before xmas.i therefroe cancelled my order with cd wow
