Do not trust CPW to pay. They do by honour the cash back. If you are planning to buy from them due to the offer, please don’t. They are not paying with no valid excuse. Be aware

Cashback not tracked, missing claim ignored by Carphone Warehouse
Cashback didn't track from some reason but had all the information and history to backup the claim without issue, however after months of waiting Carphone Warehouse obviously aren't interested as they got me on a 2 year contract.
A little lesson on checking reviews before hand as from other reviews it looks like cashback pay-out is possibly 10% or lower, of those who purchase, and in that case, it's pretty hard to trust that any of them are actually real at all or if their all just planted to make it look like they pay-out sometimes.
Anyway, the phones alright but could have got the same contract elsewhere so in the future I will, and would suggest if you're thinking of using Carphone Warehouse because the cashback looks good, then don't bother, even if you see less cashback elsewhere if the reviews are better I'd definitely go there as the chances of you getting anything from Carphone Warehouse looks pretty slim.
I will absolutely take this back and re-review if the cashback comes through, however 5 months on from the purchase and 4 months from the claim it's not looking massively likely.

Declined Cashback incorrectly
My cashback was declined on the last day to lodge as missing cashback with their reasoning being 'returned'. I did not return the phone, I am still using it. The £65 cashback was part of the reason I took out this contract.

Tracked but "declined"
£120 cashback for Samsung 23 ultra tracked pending at £10, so CWarehouse recorded and connected the purchase to TCB. BUT they then "declined" the cashback. Zero, nothing. Have put in a claim but C Warehouse/Currys/ID don't even know what to call themselves so not much hope for them knowing how to honour a deal....
