TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES! AVOID
Placed an order with Card Factory and was supposed to arrive by yesterday.
Contacted customer services to be told got to leave it a few days as it takes 3-5 days as they don’t offer a 48hr delivery…. Told her I have proof in an email from Royal Mail it was sent on a 48hr delivery to basically be told I’m lying because they don’t do that ????
Proof is in the screenshots ?? customer services obviously haven’t a clue what they are on about

Why be on topcashback?
1 day and cashback has been rejected despite doing nothing other than clicking the link and purchasing some cards through topcashback…
They probably just reject them randomly after getting some sales.
Will go with funkypigeon or another competitor next time.
Don’t bother with cardfactory.

So quick to get payable cashback
This must be the best retailer to get the quickest cashback from. Ordered 2 birthday cards on a Monday and it is now Wednesday of the same week and cashback is payable!! Expecting the cards to be delivered probably tomorrow depending on how fast Royal Mail 2nd class comes but that is the service I chose. If in a hurry to get the cards I would have chosen 1st class mail but didn't need to in this instance.

Constantly chasing up for cashback
The only way I get cashback from Cardfactory is to lodge a missing cashback claim. It may only be pennies to claim but 'pennies make pounds!' Have just had to send through another 3 claims again from orders to get my missing pennies from them.

not the first time this has happened. They stated delivery dates when ordering but don’t be deceived by their cheap postage. My delivery came 2 days late by Royal Mail and after contacting them all they say is delivery is not guaranteed. They stated if they are late sending items out it takes Royal Mail 3-5 working days to deliver so if you order special occasion items and they send them out late it’s tough and they are not interested. I have all the proof from the online chat. Disgusting customer services, once they have your money they don’t care!

you just buy all the lovely good quality cheaper goodies that you love to buy hobby things etc , before you go to the shop desired just put in top cash back, then the shop you want to buy from and if its on top cash back,you go to ya shop buy ya lovely goodies and a few weeks after paying you will get some money to your account and it soons builds up, well if spend like i do lol ,no its realy good,you have nothing to lose ,
