“Super impressed with (the) speed of cashback becoming payable — other merchants could learn from these guys” is how one of our members described her experience with Buymobiles.net in a review they decided to leave. Other members have also clearly been pleased with the service provided by the mobile phone retailer, with comments left including “got a great deal on my new iPhone and quick cashback also” and “great service at great prices — and cashback paid on time”.

While it is true that some members have complained about their cashback being denied, having to put in a claim or having to wait a while for their cashback, plenty of others have been pleased with the process. Some of the comments left with regard to this include “Quick payout, always no issues”, “paid within two months — great” and “quick and easy — cashback confirmed quickly”.

	AVOID BUYMOBILEPHONES.NET (don't be another victim) # it will take a lot of time to get your handset. u will get a mail saying there is delay in order processing. ( read the same problem from a lot of customers in various forums & now I am also a victim.) # if u took a contract bcuz u also wanted the gift then forget about getting your gift cuz u will get an email - "The gift you have chosen is not currently available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse.'' god knows when u will get ur gift.

	Originally tracked as pending at 1p then later changed to 30.00. Phone arrived within a few days with no problems. Good phone package at about 5.00 per month cheaper than going direct. Don't base your purchase on the free line rental gifts - this is by redemption and has to be claimed in six parts and at specific times spread over the term of contract (read their terms and conditions) so I imagine most people will either forget or won't be bothered!

	I would strongly advise against buying from BuyMobilePhones if you are looking for cashback. They do not pay out , I have been waiting since Dec 09 and not had as little as a reply from them, If you want cashback go somewhere else!

	Prepare for the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The marketing group for this merchant, and others have gone bust. I would imagine anyone waiting for a recent payment will be disappointed.

	AVOID!! promises of free gifts within 72hrs and that they would advise you if items out of stock. Still waiting for my 'free gift' to be 'instock' and autocashback won't be paid until 30 days after free gift sent. Emailed the company to ask them about things and received a snotty email back. Won't be using them again

	Tracked OK but still waiting to be paid now 1 month after Topcashback's estimated payment date. All I can say is read other peoples comments. I couldn't find any recently that say they have actually been paid so if cashback is the deal breaker between you buying from here or going somewhere else I wouldn’t bother

	It has tracked successfully at £0.01 (took about 12 hours) so now just sit and wait for it to change to £30 and for the money to appear!

	Non-tracker so far for me as well, the first non-tracker I have had in ages and ages. It seems there is a problem if all comments above can be relied on. I've been informed they are good at chasing up claims, so reluctantly decided to try it out rather than just cancelling. I will report back later if needed.

	Good website, delivers very quickly however both of my purchases have failed to track. Queries lodged with top cash-back but no response or progress made. Looking at the other comments of users, if it doesn't track then you are highly unlikely to get any cashback or assistance from topcaschback.

	I have now bought 3 mobile contracts from buymobilephones.net, one for me, one for my partner and one for my dad. I forgot to use topcashback for one, so understandably did not get any cashback, one went through no problem, the other I did at the weekend and is now showing as £0.01 pending. The cashback available formed part of my decission to buy from the retailer. I am very happy with both the retailer and the cashback I have received and will continue to recommend buymobilephones and topcashback to everyone who needs a new contract, or an upgrade or a new contract.

	The cash-back that buymobilephones offered played a large part in my decision to take out a mobile phone contract with them, so you can imagine how DISAPPOINTED and LET DOWN I feel that after six weeks my £25 cash-back still hasn't tracked. I wasn't expecting something for nothing, but I was expecting to receive what was written in black and white "£25 cash-back when you take out a new contract" What a waste of time!! My advice? AVOID this retailer!!
