Very poor...
Item arrived on time and in good order, but BSTN refused to allocate and pay out the eligible cash back; accordingly to TC customer servicer, choosing to fragrantly lie about why in the process. The referral was logged and all T&Cs adhered to, but they chose not to award the full allocation. Be warned, cannot be trusted. Very poor (as is their own customer service department where ignoring your emails and follow-up emails is standard practice it seems). First and last time I make a purchase through BSTN.

Poor behaviour sadly....
The item purchased arrived all correct and in good order, but after some 4-months of "nudging" the retailer decided not to issue the full amount of cash-back due; lying about why in the process.
After following the eligibility criteria to a T, and obviously referring to their desktop site via TC, an initial amount was issued to my TC wallet (just under a third of what was due) but sadly after chasing it up with TC customer services, and receiving conflicting information in the process may I add, eventually I got a straight answer – essentially BSTN chose not to honour their commitment. Be warned, duplicitous and not to be trusted.

Disgusting customer service
Totally shocking service. Purchased a pair of Nike air max scorpion (order# 20000082401) and after only several months the tread on the sole had completely worn away and air bubble popped totally defective as these were worn only couple times per week mixed in with other vapour max that I have had a lot longer. Bstn arranged returns label and they were sent back only for the delivery service not able to deliver for what ever reason or another and was held at the local post office for the store to collect them.. Dozens of emails to them and literally just been ignored and because the store did not collect they are now being returned back to me absolutely shocking service all round. To add to this review I had the same pair of trainers in different colour from Nike store that the exact same happened to after only 8 weeks from purchase that Nike refunded in full once returned. Next stop is to try and claim purchase value back through bank. Disgusting from bstn
