Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
I didn't get cashback from this company because they cancelled my service transfer, which cancelled the cashback. They billed me, as my old provider continued to do, because again, Brsk cancelled the service transfer. They also promised to pay contract cancellation fees, which I'm still waiting for six months later. Oh, and an Amazon gift card for signing up quickly - still not seen that. I've made two formal complaints which have been ignored, and tonight, have contacted the ombudsman. I'm £200 down and missing £150 in promises so far. The internet connection is fine. They got one thing right.
