Trick set up for claiming.
Topp Cashback tell you to wait before making a claim, Britannia Hotels say you MUST make a claim within 1 week of your stay. so they contradict.
if you do not make the claim, within 1 week of your stay, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR CASHBACK, as it does not track. YOU MUST CLAIM.
dont fall for this underhanded trick by them like many of us had.

give you "reward vouchers" for money off next sty ONLY TO FIND THE RATES ONLINE ARE CHEAPER THAN USING THE £50 WORTH OF VOUCHERS I HAD AS YOU CAN ONLY USE THE VOUCHERS IN HOTEL OR ON PHONE SO JUST A CON. OH IF THAT WASNT ENOUGH TOPILET OVERFLOWED WHEN FLUSHING!

Transaction registered immediately, but remained pending for 5 months. Escalated with TopCashBack who paid out immediately, but no response from Britannia Hotels

Very slow in receiving cashback
Hotel is very slow in paying cashback, waited much longer than the estimated 8 weeks. Nevertheless it is a nice hotel to stay in and the price paid for this London hotel is very reasonable.
