	Cashback declined after I followed all the right steps I made a purchase with Braun via Topcashback a few months ago. I followed all the correct steps: I used a browser with no other tabs/windows open, I cleared all cookies and cache before doing anything, I visited the TCB website and accepted their cookies, from there I jumped to the Braun website and also accepted their cookies, and I made my purchase without using any promo or voucher code. The cashback was declined. I opened a claim and Braun declined it too, saying they couldn't see my purchase in their list of TCB purchases. I have no idea why this happened but it's not my fault as I did everything correctly on my end. I'm extremely disappointed with Braun's unfair decision and I won't be able to trust this brand again in the future.

	Didn't track £500 purchase I'm still waiting for them to review my claim but it didn't track an expensive purchase. I'm happy to redact this review if they correct things (but they won't get the five stars after I had to do a claim...)
